Official Giveaway Rules
Flat Tire Farm Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Flat Tire Farm Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by [CONFIRM SPONSOR NAME: Flat Tire Farm and/or Peyton and Roman with CUTCO] (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. YouTube is not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway, the selection of the winner, or the awarding of any prize.
2. Eligibility

Employees, representatives, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor or anyone directly involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Limit one (1) entry per person.
No purchase, payment, donation, or financial contribution is required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
5. Optional Email Communications
Entering the Giveaway does not require you to agree to receive promotional or marketing emails.
The entry form provides separate, optional choices to receive emails, news, updates, and special offers from:
Flat Tire Farm, and/or
Peyton and Roman with CUTCO
Choosing or declining either optional email preference will not affect your eligibility or chances of winning.
If you choose to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the Sponsor’s discretion or where required by law.
Any taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by the Sponsor are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the Giveaway entry form.
The potential winner must respond within [NUMBER — e.g., 72] hours of the notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Giveaway Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random.
A physical shipping address will be requested only from the verified winner as necessary to deliver the prize.
9. YouTube Disclaimer and Release
This Giveaway may be promoted through YouTube; however, YouTube is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, administrator, or affiliate of this Giveaway.
By entering, each participant agrees to release YouTube from any and all liability related to or arising from the Giveaway.
Participants must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries or participation that violate those guidelines may be disqualified.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, and otherwise operate the Giveaway as described in these Official Giveaway Rules and the Flat Tire Farm Privacy Policy.
Information provided for Giveaway entry will not automatically enroll an entrant in marketing communications.
Marketing communications from Flat Tire Farm and/or Peyton and Roman with CUTCO will be sent based on the entrant’s separate optional selections on the Giveaway entry form.
Entrants may review the Flat Tire Farm Privacy Policy for additional information about how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Giveaway Rules, attempts to interfere with the entry or winner-selection process, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that the Sponsor and parties involved in administering the Giveaway will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or unsuccessful entries; technical or internet failures; or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control that may affect participation in the Giveaway.
Nothing in these Official Giveaway Rules excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Acceptance of Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Giveaway Rules and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements described above.
