Flat Tire Farm is a small business based in Alaska offering handmade products and other merchandise and sharing content related to our farm, life, products, and community.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue products, features, content, or portions of the Site at any time, subject to applicable law.
Products & Availability
Many Flat Tire Farm products are handmade in small batches. Availability may be limited, and products may sell out.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Because our products are handmade, variations in color, scent, shape, size, weight, texture, design, and appearance may occur between batches or individual products. These normal handmade variations are not necessarily defects.
Product photographs are intended to provide a reasonable representation of our products. Colors and appearance may vary depending on the product itself, lighting, photography, and your device or screen settings.

Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change from time to time.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, customs duties, or other fees may be added where appropriate and will be disclosed or calculated as applicable during the purchasing process.
Payment is processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available through our Site.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If Flat Tire Farm cancels an order that has already been paid because we are unable to fulfill it, we will provide the appropriate refund in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable law.
Recurring Monthly Purchases
Certain products or support options on our website may be offered as recurring monthly purchases. If you select a monthly option, you authorize Flat Tire Farm and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at the time of purchase and again each month until you cancel.
Recurring charges will generally be processed on or around the same date each month as your original purchase, subject to the payment processor's billing schedule.
You may cancel a recurring monthly purchase at any time before your next scheduled charge through your customer account, if that option is available, or by contacting us at TheFlatTireFarm@gmail.com.
Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Charges that have already been processed are generally nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Prices, products, or recurring offerings may change from time to time. If a change affects an existing recurring purchase in a way that requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide that notice or obtain consent as required.
Shipping, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Processing times, shipping information, international orders, cancellations, returns, damaged shipments, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
